He is average height and has a broad-shouldered build.  He appears to be middle-aged.  He has weary hazel eyes and sun-browned skin.  He has short, unkempt sandy-brown hair streaked with grey.  He has a square face, a straight nose and a close-trimmed beard.  He has calloused hands from years of farmwork.  He has a series of smoke-hued feathers on his arm.  He is in good shape.  He is wearing a polished red apple amulet, a weathered dark leather pack, a sweat-stained linen tunic with rolled up sleeves, a carved ivory wedding band, a mudstained scroll satchel, a leather belt hung with small pouches of herbs, some dusty brown breeches, and some muddy workboots crusted with soil.
