The Basketifier Snips
A pair of filigreed platinum gardening snips will take any basket created by the weaving system and turn it into a Tier 1 Basketifier.

Usage
CUT {my} {basket} with {my} snips - this will convert your basket.
GAZE - this will list the available blanket designs that can be transferred to your basket.
GLANCE - this will list the available table designs that can be transferred to your basket.
WHISPER {my} snips {blanket or table} # - this will select the design you wish to transfer to your basket.

Any willing merchant may customize the base or show/long of either a blanket or table.
To see the designs currently in place, GAZE or GLANCE at your snips.
You have 5 charges out of the 5 granted for the month.

You can also create unlocked Basketifiers by purchasing unlock certificates and cutting them with the snips.
