Adding this "Spell ranks only act as a bonus for 410/435. Only ranks past level (so it requires 100+ ranks at level 100) count as a bonus, otherwise you cast it exactly the same as a level 100 native caster with 100 MnE ranks or less, and which is effective against any like level opponent."
