[A Frayed Knot]
Planks of knotted driftwood have been carelessly nailed together, forming an uneven flooring that makes it difficult to maintain your balance. Rusted nail heads have bled a brownish red color into the planks, giving the appearance of a long-ago battleground. A large sail painted with obscure markings hangs on the back wall, and a variety of wares clutter the room, filling both the sturdy netting that hangs from the ceiling and the haphazardly stacked chests and trunks. You also see a bow-legged black and white goat and a half-eaten pile of hay with some stuff on it.

[A Frayed Knot, Back Room]
A noticeable contrast to the front room, the walls and ceiling are planked with care, thick oak muffling every sound. A pair of sputtering torches illuminates the area and casts dappled shadows across the room, while clothing hanging from a metal block and tackle sways with the gentle rocking of the ship. A driftwood display with a trio of mounted fish hangs on the wall above a gigantic oyster, its upper shell stuck open. You also see a large worn chest fastened with tarnished brass hinges with some stuff on it.
