Polearm Harness

Polearm Harnesses are back-worn containers that hold and display a single polearm or runestaff. The SLAP verb toggles between two sets of messaging for storing and retrieving the weapon. Tier 1 The harness holds one polearm or runestaff. SLAP toggles between two messaging styles for PUT/DROP and GET. Analyze You get the feeling that any merchant can alter the base and show of this harness (but not the long). Alterations must make sense for containers that hold polearms/runestaves. This harness will hold a polearm/runestaff type weapon and displays it all pretty-like. Currently, you can SLAP, PUT/DROP (into), and GET (from) the harness. SLAP is a bit tricky -- it will change how you PUT and GET appropriate items from your container. This harness is currently Tier 1 (of 2), but it can be unlocked by some talented merchants. Usage Verb Style First Third GET Default You carefully unlimber your lance from your harness. XXX carefully unlimbers his lance from his harness. GET Alternate You reach behind you and pull your lance up until you can remove the attached sock and wheel from your lance and then pull it free from your harness.
