Spell Specializations act as phantom ranks in that spell circle for anytime you cast that specific spell.
- For bolt spells, they add +1 AS for every 2 ranks of specialization in that spell.
- For warding spells, if you have over your character level in spell circle ranks, you will get an additional over-warding bonus of +1 for every 4 ranks of specialization in that spell.
