The cigar wrapper is a fluff script that applies to miscellaneous items, and is part of the Cigar items family of scripts. It can be used to roll a cigar out of cigar tobacco, which is typically available in tobacco boxes.
Analyze
You analyze the onyx-hued wrappers and sense that the creator has provided the following information: A bundle of onyx-hued wrappers can be used to roll loose tobacco into a cigar. Cigar wrappers have most recently been sold at Ebon Gate in Spider Johnn's Tin Smoke Box, however they are frequently sold at other festivals and pay events.
