The Snap-on Heels is a fluff crafting script that applies to miscellaneous items, and is part of the Cobbling items family of scripts. They can be used to change the long description of cobbled shoes. They are single-use items that permanently change the cobbled shoes' appearance. They can be used by anyone.
Analyze
You analyze the electrum-caged heels and sense that the creator has provided the following information: You can PUSH your electrum-caged heels while holding a pair of cobbled footwear to snap them onto the soles and permanently alter the look of the shoes. The heels may only be used one time. You can NUDGE your electrum-caged heels to change how the heels will be attached to a shoe. It's currently set to: stacked on electrum-caged heels. Making Heels
Snap-on Heels can be made via several crafting items with the appropriate unlocks.

Restrictions
Only the middle adjective of the 15/15/15 will show in the finished product.
