Icewild Hall, Night Garden

[Icewild Hall, Night Garden] Room: 8084501
Nestled behind a stone wall between Icewild Hall and its carriage house, the unusually warm garden overflows with greenery, most of it closed up against the sunlight. A cobblestone path surrounded by several ghost ferns leads to a small stone cottage, and a wild array of fragrant night phlox wraps about overflowing herb beds. Vines of ivy, moonflower, and star jasmine wind across the surrounding stonework, edges icing over as they encroach upon the colder climes away from the garden.

Numerous glass-encased bug displays hang from the polished stone walls of the cottage, interspersed with fishing nets holding aquatic specimens. Arathiel-inset lanterns cast bright light across a silver rack and a copper and velvet mannequin, and a pair of quartz moth statues flank a fuzzy yellow-striped black velvet curtain. Hiding in the shadows of one corner, a jade butterfly-inset case perches on a tentacle-legged stone table next to a silver-framed parchment.

In the Common language, it reads:
Welcome to Covert Creatures!  All the items on the rack and mannequin are magically infused garments that will allow you to PUSH a replicated bug or aquatic creature into it to create a costume.  Off-the-shelf, it allows for one costume option and what you see for sale.  Each unlock certificate allows for an additional costume side for a total of four.  Extra zestiness is unlocked at the same time.  In addition, at the fourth tier, you have the ability for your costume to cover all your clothing.

On the silver rack you see: a jacinthe plaid wool scarf, a silk-lined midnight blue vest, a dark lotus silk shirt, a pair of autumnal brown breeches, and a pair of poison green socks.

Welcome to Covert Creatures!  Created by GM Xynwen for Ebon Gate 2022, this is a costume script that allows you to change its appearance using Bugs on Parade or Life Aquatic.  It is Tier 1 out of 4.
 
Utility verbs:
  *  PUSH:  Hold a "paper-ready" sea critter or bug in one hand and the scarf in the other to put it in an empty costume slot.  [Each Tier adds 1 slot, for a total of 4 costumes + the base item to rotate through]
    ** NOTE:  This WILL destroy the seabeast/bug, and it is a PERMANENT addition to your costume
  * TURN:  Turn rotates through the base item and the costume choices
  * TWIST:  At Tier 4, TWIST will rotate through the illusion options.
    ** Option 1:  No illusion.  It just sits in your inventory as normal.
    ** Option 2:  Adds a line about you wearing a costume over your clothes.
    ** Option 3:  Adds a line about you wearing a costume AND hides your inventory.
 
Fluff verbs:  dance and wave
 
Current settings:

Alteration Information:
  *  You cannot alter the base or long of each costume, as that comes from the bug.  However, you can have the fabric customized for each one, which is used in some of the messaging.  You can also add a show for each costume setting.
  *  You can alter the non-costume item, but it does not take a long, just the base 15/15/15 and SHOW
  *  Many merchants can alter, but unlocks are restricted to Ebon Gate for now

Covert Creatures, Laboratory

[Covert Creatures, Laboratory] Room: 8084503
Looking like an alchemy lab gone awry, the area is filled with tables cluttered with vials, chemicals, snippets of poisonous plants, and copper bowls. A few rugs have been thrown about as if an afterthought for decor, and framed specimens of insects and aquatic life hang from the walls. A fuzzy yellow-striped black velvet curtain leads back to the main room. You also see a silver vine-twisted mirror dotted with chubby gold and onyx bees and a fancy jack-o'-lantern dressed in a chubby bumblebee costume.
