SKILLS is the command to display the skill ranks and bonuses your character is trained in.
- SKILLS : displays all applicable skills and bonuses
- SKILLS BASE : displays current skills as well as skill goals
- SKILLS FULL : displays the entire list of skills, with appropriate ranks and bonuses
