Verb:WAVE

Wave is a roleplay verb and also allows for magic item activation. An item imbedded with the wave verb activator is the only one that allows a character to target another creature or character with the imbedded spell. Imbedding offensive spells like Minor Acid is useless unless this activator is used. There is no bonus/penalty to either the activation skill attempt or the spell's duration.
