Elanthia uses a calendar very similar to a mundane system familiar to many, but with different names for the months and days of the week. Note that commands such as TIME and CALENDAR can be helpful for adventurers.
Example:
You hear the voice of a pot-bellied tanned town crier yell, "Today is Day of the Huntress, Charlatos the 12th, 5110, and all's well!"
(Mundane version: Friday, March the 12th, 2010.)
