Various, as referred to in a description of a creature of Gemstones IV means that there are several different variants of the creature. Each one of these variants differs only in adjective description and for all intents and purposes are the same creatures.

The skins produced by these different variants are the same. The level of treasure along with the level of the creature, AS, DS, TD and any skills and abilities are all the same.

An example of a various creature is the monkey monster. For example, two variants are a bright green monkey and also a stout orange monkey.
