Creature egg/earthworm

One of the pets that hatch from the eggs, earthworms are ground beings that distribute a piece of vellum once every four days when PINCHed that can be used for writing.

LOOK

Thrice the length and five times the girth of a normal earthworm, the skin of this specimen is a uniform chocolate brown between the glossy, black plates that protect it.  Beyond the size, the color, and the armor, it appears to be as sightless and featureless as any other earthworm.
