MSTRIKE is a system verb available to those trained in Multi Opponent Combat.

Usage:
MSTRIKE [{type}] - Attempt strikes on multiple creatures
MSTRIKE [{type}] {target} - Attempt to strike a single target multiple times
MSTRIKE SET OPEN {num} - Set the maximum strike attempts for multi-target MSTRIKE
MSTRIKE SET FOCUS {num} - Set the maximum strike attempts for focused MSTRIKE
MSTRIKE SET RECOVERY [ON | OFF] - Toggle ability to use MSTRIKE during the MSTRIKE recovery period
MSTRIKE SET DEFAULT {type} - Set default attack to use for MSTRIKE
MSTRIKE HELP - Show this help text
{type} may be one of: ATTACK, JAB, PUNCH, GRAPPLE, KICK, FIRE. Defaults to ATTACK if not specified.
You are currently not limiting your multi-target MSTRIKE.
You are currently not limiting your single-target MSTRIKE.
You do not currently need to confirm your intent when making an MSTRIKE during the MSTRIKE recovery period.
HELP MSTRIKE
The "MSTRIKE" Verb -
MSTRIKE is the ability to engage and strike multiple targets or in cases of highly trained individuals, the ability to strike a target multiple times. The number of targets one can engage is dependent upon the ranks of Multi-Opponent combat skill. You will need 5 ranks of Multi-Opponent Combat in order to hit two creatures at the same time.
USAGE:
MSTRIKE - attacks as many targets as skill allows.
MSTRIKE {target} - attack specified target as many times as skill allows.
MSTRIKE SET {attacks} - Set the maximum strike attempts for multi-target MSTRIKE
MSTRIKE SET FOCUS {attacks} - Set the maximum strike attempts for focused MSTRIKE
MSTRIKE SET RECOVERY - Toggle ability to use MSTRIKE during MSTRIKE recovery period.
MSTRIKE HELP - Display MSTRIKE usage and current configuration.

Usage
By Itself
MSTRIKE by itself will default to one's current MSTRIKE settings. In most cases, this will be an open multistrike ATTACK.

SET
MSTRIKE SET sets the maximum strike attempts for multistrike.
OPEN
MSTRIKE SET OPEN is used to set default preferences for multistrike.

>mstrike set open You are no longer limiting the maximum number of strikes you take for an open MSTRIKE. >mstrike set open 12 You choose to limit the maximum number of strikes that you take for an open mstrike to 12.
FOCUS
MSTRIKE SET FOCUS is used to set the maximum amount of strike attempts for a focused (single-target) multistrike. The messaging is the same as the open version.
RECOVERY
MSTRIKE SET RECOVERY ON/OFF toggles the ability to use MSTRIKE while in cooldown.

>ON Using an MSTRIKE attack during your MSTRIKE recovery period will now require confirmation. >OFF You no longer need to confirm MSTRIKE attacks during your MSTRIKE recovery period.
DEFAULT
MSTRIKE SET DEFAULT sets the default attack type to be used with multistrike. Types are listed in MSTRIKE HELP.
