...cannot get a good answer as to why the spiders are "tassaet" and not "taessaet," but I hypothesize it was a spelling mistake that went unnoticed.  Nalfein, like Illistimi however, bristle when I bring it up.  I shall leave that to the linguists, I suppose.  While in Ta'Nalfein, I was surprised to see how many types of tassaet spiders there are.  Most appear to enjoy their tiny lives amidst the taerethil undisturbed by the taessaet-weavers, but I have noted that specific types get greater scrutiny... it may be that it is the tassaet's coloration and the type of taerethil?  The one time I was allowed to witness this, they focused on tassaets near a ruffled ebon rose only.  However, this could just be coincidence.</pre>

I was granted a bolt of cloth to create my designs in, but it was deemed inappropriate for an Illistimi apprentice to be allowed to actually create their own from start to finish.
