Painted with tropical foliage, teak planks span the walls of the bungalow. The floor is replaced by a layer of white sand with a rusted rickety chest and a battered crate half submerged into it. A tall teak table is positioned next to the entry with assorted teas on the surface. You also see a simple sign.

In the Common language, it reads:
  In the crate are Signal Wands.  These can be used to signal your location to nearby enemy ships for an almost immediate ship battle.
  In the chest are Smoke Spheres.  These can be used to transport you and your crew back to their starting ports.

Blue Waivers are for unlocking Tier 1-2 and Green Waivers are for unlocking tier 2-3.
