AnalyzeYou analyze the ebon leather boots and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions. The creator has also provided the following information: This item may be altered by a talented merchant, but it must retain a description that is in-line with its abilities. You can LATCH to buckle some rich ebon leather boots with faenor buckles, UNLATCH to unbuckle, and SHAKE when held. You cannot REMOVE the boots when buckled. You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the ebon leather boots for you or deepen its pockets.
