The chance for a disease occuring in this way is a hidden roll, and the odds at resisting the disease can be improved with the [[Minor Spiritual]] spell, [[Disease Resist]]. It is unconfirmed whether this is a natural phenomenon of the area the creatures are found, or of the creatures themselves. However since all three creatures found here are unique to the area, it is currently a moot point, until they begin appearing elsewhere. |
