Immobilized characters can use [[SAY]] and [[WHEEZE]], but others cannot [[DRAG]] them away.
A '''frozen''' [[character]] is unable to perform most [[Verb|actions]] involving any movement (including the [[ACT (verb)]]), and receives a penalty to their [[defensive strength]] and penalty to their [[evade]]/[[parry]]/[[block]] chances. The only roleplaying verbs available to a frozen character are speech and [[WHEEZE (verb)|WHEEZE]]. Frozen status is caused by a variety of mechanisms including [[Bind (214)]].


Causes of this status include [[Bind (214)]] and [[Bandit#Net|bandit net traps]].
Unlike most other status conditions, there is no prompt which indicates the character is frozen. Frozen characters cannot be [[DRAG (verb)|dragged]].
