A silver lor tree is a tall and slender tree. Lor grew well in early Faendryl settlements, but recent attempts at planting the tree in other regions in the Elven Nations has met with little success, leading to the rarity of the tree.
Lor symbolizes wisdom and long-sight, and thus is primarily used in creating magical staves.
