Tempered Threads

[Tempered Threads - 8209372]
Glimmering tendrils of opalescent silk and black satin hang down from the ceiling, each toward the midpoint of its nearest wall, shrouding the source of the blue-tinged glow illuminating the wagon. Thin panels of stone decorate the rest of each wall, their colors haphazardly transitioning from one vivid hue to another. Silver racks and black metal racks opposite each other line the carpeted path to the ornately sculpted table at the wagon's far end.

Prices in raikhen.

On the sculpted table you see: an illuminated Moody Garment certificate, a pale orange moodstone, a sky blue moodstone, and an etched glass placard.

an etched glass placard

In the Common language, it reads:
All garments for sale in Tempered Threads are Moody Garments, which are specially prepared to work hand-in-hand with moodstones -- if one is inclined to subject themselves to possibly unfamiliar temperaments. Illuminated certificates are for the garments only and will allow a Moody Garment more freedom in how you interact with it [4 additional zests]. The certificates are NOT for use on the moodstones.

The sky blue moodstone is associated with "joyful cheer," and the violet moodstone is on the "confident and determined" side.
