Small mandibular crucibles made their premier at Spitfire 2015 in Wunderfully Wavuble Majuck and allow the more daring adventurers to breathe fire.

Inspect

You determine that when you WEAR the crucible you will be placing it in your mouth.
Because of this, when you're WEARING the crucible, many actions involving your mouth will no longer be possible until the crucible is removed.  Actions like...TALKING and EATING.
It also appears to be PINCHable.
The crucible appears to serve some purpose.

It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of porcelain, although many will only perceive it as stone.
