The Summoning Lore section seems to imply that the CS version of 118 (Web) is somehow lost or changed when 20 ranks of the lore is gained, which isn't the case. The bolt version is unlocked at 20 ranks, but you can still cast the CS version the same way you could before without having to change your stance.
