Uploaded Images
Hello! I enjoyed reading about your character, Esana. While I was reviewing updates on her character page Esana (prime), I noticed that you did not include the artist or copyright information on the page itself the image File:Esana.jpg that was recently added to it. Please see Help:Style#Copyrights for more information about the requirement to provide the source and artist name for all images uploaded to GSwiki. If you are the artist who created the image, you can simply note that instead. If you need an example of how to do this, the character page Arenglae (prime) does this very clearly for all of the portraits. Additionally, if the image was created using AI software, you will need to note what software was used to create it. Unfortunately simply stating that you own the copyright to the image is not sufficient. As an example, it can be as simple as, "Image created by the uploader using MidJourney" (or whatever software is appropriate). Thanks for understanding! I have flagged one of your images that is not in compliance with the updated Gswiki:Policy for Copyrights regarding images. The image that has been flagged as needing updated information is as follows:
- File:Esana.jpg - Based on the watermark, this appears to be a piece of commissioned artwork of your character. Are you the copyright holder of this image? If not, was permission granted by the artist to upload it?
- If that information is not added within 7 days, it will be deleted from the wiki. If you have any questions about this process or need more information about the updated policy for images, please reach out to the wiki team on the Gemstone forum's wiki thread.
