Important Announcement: CHE System Review + Quarterly Request Hold
Effective immediately, all non-event-related CHE submissions are on hold. These are the requests you place quarterly for House work.

Throughout the last several years, a significant backlog of work has accrued and continues to accrue. Given that, we need to do a few things:

  1. Pause all submissions so we can complete all existing requests
  2. Re-evaluate the entire CHE system to try to strike a balance that is manageable within the GMing world as it is today

Event Requests:

  1. During this period, event requests will still be honoured, so your event plans #shouldn't be hampered!

System Updates:
The CHE system as it stands today is resource intensive, and we need to address this. We are going to modify the system to reduce the strain on resources. We're in a really good place these days with the availability of customizable props and items for the player base that make the need for a lot of the ongoing requests less urgent than 10 or 20 years ago.

I know this may send some of you panicking, and I want you to know that I do not undertake this lightly. It's desperately needed, and I'll be working with the APM team to review everything and ensure we are striking the right balance.

With all that said, I'm also open to player thoughts and ideas, so I will be opening up a survey for the next two weeks to allow you to provide any you may have.

And let me just end by reiterating that I love the CHEs and all the players who do so much work for them and for the lands. This is about ensuring a realistic system for today's GS!
