Haunt of the Silent Investors

Large cobblestone blocks, grey and slippery from years of water damage, form the walls of this circular section of sewer, their smooth faces interrupted by the placement of pipes and drains. A long marble staircase follows the curve of the wall, providing egress for denizens, beneath which are pendant lanterns crafted of glowing witch-balls that are filled with bright white lights. Two tunnels lead away from the area, each with a small black pennant that prominently displays an ivory raven skull with a bound beak.
Obvious exits: northeast, southwest

On the smooth white marble table you see: a jute-strung pallid avian skull with a wire-bound beak, a hollowed dark rolton horn flask lipped with a bronzed rim and an off-white cloak lined in grey fleece.

Silent Investors, Lounge

[Silent Investors, Lounge - 27164]
Transitioning from narrow tunnels to wide open spaces, this section of the sewer bears an egg-shape and a domed ceiling, the height of which is difficult to ascertain. Glowing white stones are fitted into niches high above and provide a soft illumination for the water-dampened confines. Strange blocks jut out of the wall at varying heights, some of which form odd stone tables while others provide functional seating.

Silent Investors, Leaders

[Silent Investors, Leaders - 27163]
Two tiers of niches encircle the curved walls of the sewer, the upper tier housing softly glowing stones and the lower filled with avian skulls, while beneath are copper pipes draped with grey fabric. Sloping slightly, the floor is curved in a bowl-like shape with a shallow dip that culminates in an iron-gated drain. Marble benches encircle the space and use the stones of the walls as their backing. You also see a merciless Silent Investor tactician.

Burly and greying, the the tactician is broad in the shoulders with a faded tattoo on his neck.  His off-white tunic is rolled-up past the elbows and the strings at his collar are left wide to accommodate his bulky neck.

The tactician exclaims, "There are a group of bandits wishing to steal priceless artifacts from the bank!"  He pounds his fist onto a marble and ebonwood desk and continues, "We must stop them!"
