Thin planks of blackened wood line the walls of the small nook. Faded and worn, once-decadent green and gold rugs adorn a narrow walkway, while an old worn desk rests in one corner. Against the far wall, a tall bookcase stands with several items on its shelves. Lying on a small crate, a barely lit lamp gives a dim golden-yellow illumination. You also see a small sign.

In the Common language, it reads:
In the bookcase, you will find pouches that will attempt to save some of your silver if your body was to decay.  On top, you'll see a sliver that will allow the Silver Saver bag to work if Chronomages were to intercept you, and the strap will attempt to intervene if you were to meet an untimely demise at the hand of a bandit.

Once-beautiful scarlet and black scarves with gold accents suspended from the ceiling have begun to deteriorate and fall apart. What was once a series of luxurious pillows now lay scattered along the floor, their bright coloring and intricate designs faded long ago. Tiny shafts of light pour in from cracks throughout the walls as dust gathers in their wooden crevices. Nearby, a long wooden shelf lines a moisture-stained wall, while a yellowed sheaf of paper is tacked next to it.
