As the first full weekend of Olaesta nears, the Isle of Ornath prepares to once again welcome artisans, culinarians, and competitors to Bericsaba Market.  For one weekend, the Sleeping Drake Harbor transforms into a lively spectacle of trade, skill, and rivalry, where the finest crafts and flavors are put to the test.  This year, as we extend invitations beyond our shores, an interesting matter has come to our attention, one that simply must be settled.

Rumors, as they often do, have made their way to Ornath, and if they are mistaken, we offer our sincerest apologies for any presumption.  However, it has been said that Cysaegir fancies itself something of an expert when it comes to dips.  As you may already know, the people of Ornath hold a similar pride in their own cherished recipes, and as such, we can hardly let such claims go unchallenged.  With great enthusiasm, we extend to you and the citizenry of Cysaegir a formal invitation to The Daily Scoop: Dipping into Fun, a contest devoted entirely to the art of the dip.

From the richest and creamiest blends to the most unexpected and daring combinations, this is a test of balance, innovation, and, above all, flavor.  Whether the preferred accompaniment is bread, crisp vegetables, or something more unique, each entry must stand on its own as a masterpiece of texture and taste.  Our islanders are eager to pit their recipes against the very best, and if Cysaegir holds claim to such expertise, there would be no finer place to prove it than at Bericsaba Market.

With the Mana Storms receding, travel to Ornath has become far more accessible.  The Chronomages have granted a transportation house in Sleeping Drake Harbor to aid in facilitating travel, ensuring an easier journey for those eager to attend.  The harbor itself is nearing completion on its latest expansions and will be well-prepared to receive guests by sea, while the stables are expected to be finished in time for those traveling by mount.

It is our hope that Cysaegir will rise to the occasion and take part in this most flavorful of challenges.  Whether in competition, as judges, or as honored guests, your presence would be most welcome at this year's Bericsaba Market.
