The Chronomages have granted a transportation house in Sleeping Drake Harbor, easing the journey for those who wish to attend.  The harbor itself nears completion on its latest expansions and will be well-equipped to receive visitors by sea, while the stables are expected to be finished in time to accommodate mounted travelers.
