| Though several windows are set high on the walls of the wagon, they are rendered dysfunctional by the black paint smeared across them. The only light comes from the mismatched paper lanterns overhead, and dangling among them is a garishly painted notice edged in tiny shiny gold pinwheels. A shabby velvet-padded case boasting an eye-shaped sign sits on one wall opposite a dark cork head with a head-shaped sign staked in its cranium on the other. Beneath the notice is a dingy ribbon-tied basket with a silver star-shaped sign on the handle. You also see a sturdy wooden door.

On the back wall is a glass case filled with rows and rows of glass eyes, all manner of colors accounted for, and beneath it is a table laden with bottles, bags, and beakers full of ingredients, reagents, and other indiscernible contents. Throughout the festival I will be stopping by to customize the potions I have for sale here. The potions will remain TEMPORARY, will have 10 additional charges added to them (for a total of 20), and cannot be changed to work on a different feature. The potions I sell are for EYE COLOR, HAIR COLOR, and HAIR QUIRKS. Please have the appropriate potion with you if you're selected for work.
Because these potions are TEMPORARY, I can create looks that are moderately OUTSIDE of what is NATURAL and socially ACCEPTABLE, but the ultimate decision on how far outside of those boundaries I will go lies with me.
No amount of arguing will change my mind. I am unchangeable. I am A ROCK. I may also THROW a ROCK at YOU.
