crimson "And the color shall be crimson." Intriguingly tangy!
vermillion "So, vermillion candy...sure thing." Your toes tingle with the invigorating warmth. It is warm and spicy.
amber "Well, if it's amber you want, it's amber you shall have." There is a hint of sweetness to the taste.
orange "Mmmm Mmmm....orange is one of my favorites." It isn't exciting, but it does fill you up.
yellow "I wonder if yellow will taste like lemons or something this time." It is creamy and sweet. The flowery sweetness mixes well with the creamy texture.
ocher "You want ocher? You've got it." You aren't quite sure what to make of this sweet, tangy concoction.
golden "Now then, it may look like gold, but it's just candy." It is warm and soothing. Your throat warms as it goes down.
green "You know, there are so many words that rhyme with green? Like mean, seen, bean, dream....wait, dream doesn't rhyme....ignore that last one." A cool sweetness fills your mouth, balancing a nutty vegetal flavor.
vert "The bold and noble vert it is." There is a strong fishy overtone to it. The ocean flavor is quite powerful.
emerald "Emerald candies coming right up." It's about as salty as seawater.
blue "You're actually asking for blue? Well, if that's what you want, so be it." Icy and refreshing, it cools you down from head to toe. It is deliciously cool.
cyan "Cyan? Check!" You can feel the chill as it goes down.
navy "Navy, but only cause that's what you seem to want." It is chilly enough to make a shiver run down your spine. So cold your head hurts!
puce "Puce just sounds ugly, but I don't mind. I don't have to eat it." A slight sweetness tempers the rich creaminess. Cool and creamy!
purple "Purple's good. You'll like it I think." Your lips pucker at the sour taste. It's tart enough to make your eyes water!
indigo "Ind-I-go, ind-you-go, ind-we-all-go." It is rather chewy. It has a subtle sweet flavor.
violet "Mmmm.....Violet. Tastes like rolton." It is so sweet and syrupy, your tongue feels sugar coated. The sugary syrup almost clogs your throat.
coppery "Copper was never one of my favorites, but if that's what you really want, have at it." There is a musty edge to the sweetness. The musty overtone makes for an odd combination with the general sweetness.
brown "Brown then? You're going to eat something that looks like dirt?" It has a rich flavor. It is very smooth with just a hint of sweetness.
chocolate "You know were talking about the color chocolate, and not the taste of chocolate, right?" The chalky taste is not exactly refreshing. It tastes a little like wet clay.
ebon "Ebon candy the color of the night sky. Check." Mmmm, sugar and spice and everything nice!
black "You want black?! You've got black." It tastes like bitter, gritty dirt. It tastes horrible.
silvery "This type of silver can't be spent. Enjoy all the same."
grey "Grey it shall be." The grittiness is less than appealing.
white "Pure white it is." It tastes soapy.
multihued "Then I'll make a nice multihued one for you." It doesn't taste like anything you can name.
striped "Striped? Why didn't you just say so?" It's minty and refreshing.
speckled "Speckled eh? Well that's a candy of a bunch of different colors." It is difficult to make sense of this convoluted collection of tastes. The combination of flavors is complex and a little confusing.
clear "Clear coming up then. Just don't put it down or you may never find it." Dustlike, it crumbles in your mouth. It is so dry you can barely manage to swallow.
