Log captured in the view of Opalina
Falvicar says, speaking to you, "Ranger."
Perigourd says, speaking to Lithyia, "Indeed."
Kheevi says, speaking politely to Fahlo, "Evenin sir."
Hazelnut says, "The evidence is compelling, though. Cut out of trade with Briarmoon Cove."
Meliyara greets, "Sh'rein."
Fahlo says, speaking to Kheevi, "Evenin."
Hazelnut says, "And the frequent flyovers."
Pheola says, "Rumors can be caused by people wanting to start prolems."
Hazelnut says, "Now the Vaalor seem busy in the Dragonspine Mountains to the east, to boot."
Pheola asks, "Except you haven't asked them... if I understand?"
Elliathe wonders, speaking to Hazelnut, "Do you think they are doing some sort of recon regarding the Imperial Expansion to the South?"
Sorlu says, speaking to Hazelnut, "We see them hovering...they are up to something, clearly."
Grutak says, speaking to Pheola, "I've spoken with some citizens and servant races over there."
Perigourd says, speaking to Elliathe, "They have a presence in the Elven village near to the Landing, from what I understand."
Perigourd says, "Flying an airship for that purpose would seem moot."
Hazelnut says, speaking to Pheola, "Mayor Dabbings hasn't received a response to his official inquiry."
Kheevi says, speaking to Perigourd, "I was thinking the same thing."
Kheevi asks, "Was the inquiry written in elven?"
Pheola says, "It seems silly that you're all jumping at shadows."
Perigourd says, speaking to Hazelnut, "Perhaps it's been intercepted."
Randsford says, speaking to Pheola, "Shadows of airships."
Grutak asks, speaking to Pheola, "Where ya from?"
Perigourd says, "Considering that Rammael interfered with correspondence between parties before, it may have been in his interest to do so again and force things to escalate."
Bakarus says, "Eternal Light, all."
Randsford says, speaking to Pheola, "If the people there cared we would hear about it. My guess is its drowned out and afraid to speak up against their king."
Pheola says, "I travel around."
Pheola says, "Again it's all hearsay and thiscould be this or that."
Grutak says, speaking to Randsford, "There is a resistance moment to King Qalinor in Vaalor and it is growing."
Grutak says, "Mostly it consists of Sylvans and political dissadent vaalorians."
Hazelnut says, "It seems to me that we've got to make an appeal directly to King Qalinor, if it's allowed."
Lithyia says, "Perhaps ask him to enage in that ridiculous dance he does..."
Perigourd says, speaking to Hazelnut, "He seemed quite an amiable fellow."
Pheola says, "I've heard the Nations are more open than they were in the past but it's been years since I have visited either."
Perigourd says, speaking to Hazelnut, "And he did say to let folk know that Ta'Vaalor is not all the stuffed shirts they're thought to be."
Elliathe says, speaking to Hazelnut, "I do worry about expectations."
You quietly whisper to Falvicar, "It's up to you to share what was said between you and the king in reguards to that and the chamberlain."
Sorlu says, "I agree. I think a direct meeting with the king, face to face, is surely the best option."
You quietly say, "That may not be very easy."
Elliathe says, "Diplomacy is often a process that can take time."
Kheevi says, speaking softly to Lilanna, "Sylvans taken up in vaalorian politics sounds odd to me."
Lilanna says, speaking to Kheevi, "Is also Icemule "politics" though nae a fan tis still me home."
You quietly say, "Diplomatically speaking we'd need be presented to the King by the Chamberlain, sort of a screening process."
Hazelnut says, "It's possible that just making the effort might be enough to mollify them."
Pheola asks, "How are you sure that the airshops are owned by the military and don't belong to some bored rich nobles?"
Pheola says, "Elves can be weird."
Elliathe says, speaking to Hazelnut, "That would be nice. I assume you mean in regards to the Briarmoon situation? I doubt the entire treaty in question will be disolved so easily."
Falvicar asks, speaking in Sylvankind to Kheevi, something you don't understand.
Kheevi asks, speaking apologetically in Sylvankind to Falvicar, something you don't understand.
Hazelnut says, speaking to Pheola, "They're all in Vaalor colors."
You quietly say, "Well We are sending deligates, Assumeing they get an audiance with the king, What is it we'd like to Say request goals ect."
Pheola says, "Red and color are popular."
Lilanna says, speaking to Kheevi, "Best na ta ask."
Pheola corrects, "Red and gold."
Sorlu says, "I think it is important to remember as well that in a negotiation, if it never advantageous to do so from a position of seeming weakness. We should go into this meeting with our heads held high."
Kheevi says, speaking to Lilanna, "Well he asked."
Elliathe reminds, "Strength, yes, but deference. Arrogance is only going to make things worse."
Elliathe says, "After all it was rudeness that started this entire... situation to begin with."
Hazelnut says, speaking to Sorlu, "Held too high and they might just come off, friend."
Pheola says, "Nor do you know if it was sanctioned by their King."
Falvicar asks, speaking in Sylvankind to Kheevi, something you don't understand.
Meliyara asks, speaking dryly to Pheola, "If it was not, then this should be swiftly resolved, neh?"
Pheola says, "It clear heads prevail."
Meliyara says, speaking to Pheola, "There is a difference between being clear headed and being naive."
Grutak says, speaking to Pheola, "Depends on how you define clear heads."
Sorlu says, speaking to Elliathe, "Deference is a tricky thing. To show respect is acceptable..but we are not humbled."
Kheevi says, speaking steadily in Sylvankind to Falvicar, something you don't understand.
Lilanna says, speaking to Pheola, "Twold be a thrakmas miracle..."
You ask, speaking quietly to Hazelnut, "Will you be joining the deligates to Ta'Vaalor?"
Sorlu says, speaking to Elliathe, "And I believe it is important for the message to be that we are the ones wronged, not them."
Kheevi says, speaking in Sylvankind to Falvicar, something you don't understand.
Hazelnut says, "I will."
Falvicar says, speaking in Sylvankind to Kheevi, something you don't understand.
You quietly say, "This is a gift idea for the king."
Elliathe says, speaking to Sorlu, "Well yes because that missive should never have fallen into their hands."
Kheevi says, speaking in Sylvankind to Falvicar, something you don't understand.
You quietly say, "It's filled with some of our finest Tabaccos cigars and bottle of fine whiskeys."
Sorlu says, speaking to Elliathe, "Even further back. Their punishment did not fit the crime, so to speak. This so-called offense that was put to them by some random resident of Icemule."
Bakarus says, speaking to you, "Very nice."
Randsford says, "There is no easy out. We are asking them to relinquish control and they will not unless we give them something else in exchange."
Elliathe asks, speaking to Sorlu, "And this is what I mean about expectations. How likely do you truly believe it possible to roll back that treaty in one meeting with the King?"
Perigourd says, speaking to Randsford, "Yet to be seen."
Randsford says, speaking to Perigourd, "All ears if you have a suggestion."
Perigourd says, speaking to Randsford, "Ask for it."
Perigourd says, "The worst they can say is no."
Perigourd says, "Or present a counter offer."
Perigourd says, "But be polite in how you ask."
Perigourd says, "They do stand on ceremony there."
Sorlu says, speaking to Elliathe, "I am not certain if it can be achieved in one, no. But it should be the ultimate goal."
Falvicar whispers, "I am waiting to hear to what exactly we're being sent for other than preventing war or if that is it because as far as I know.. that's the only thing. if we're to be haggling on a trade treaty then it would be wise for us to know what we're allowed and not allowed to put on the plate to negotiate and for what. I think people are more upset at the buzzing than anything but that can surely come to a halt since usually airships are quieter."
You quietly say, "We can have several Barrels of each sent to the Chamberlain as a sign of peace and further the gift."
Dendum remarks, ""It is very likely the Ta'vaalor is not gaining anything from trade deal with Briarmoon."
Elliathe says, speaking to Sorlu, "Indeed. I think our first goal should be to stop the nonsense that is happening at the moment."
Perigourd says, "I think you should also ask what their intentions on the nearby Dragonspine is."
Hazelnut whispers, "I'm sorry, offer it again?"
Dendum says, "You think the elven nations does not have food enough for the fortress, and if not the nations the halflings to the north or the farm lands of vaalor itself? The fact they are expending all this energy and time sending airships is not for a need but to prove a point."
Hazelnut says, "I'd believe that they were simply conducting reconnaissance due to the instability around Darkstone, but..."
Hazelnut says, "We are far, far from Wehnimer's Landing."
Perigourd says, "To me it seemed like the knew something we don't."
Perigourd says, "They rather."
Falvicar whispers, "Sorry.. didn't see what you offered and missed it."
Elliathe wonders, "IF we get the chance during this audience... is Darkstone something we should bring up? Get a feel for what their thinking is in this matter?"
Lilanna says, "Id imagin they think any expansion of the empire is bad."
Sorlu says, speaking to Perigourd, "Or they found something we don't know about."
Elliathe says, "It is Elidal's twin's interest in the Reach that gives me pause."
You quietly whisper to Falvicar, "It's okay Hazelnut accepted it."
Falvicar whispers, "I still like our theories for the "something" we might know that nobody else has yet though still haven't unravelled a name. Still thinks I that the I female lady that signed the letter to her love was the lover to Morfell."
Randsford asks, "So it seems we have to make arrangements for some form of gift? Then just wait for an audience?"
Pheola asks, "When do you expect to go over there?"
Falvicar whispers, "Still can't shake that we may be right that somehow the Dark Alliance is coming back if not already."
Randsford says, "That would depend on our diplomats I would presume."
Hazelnut says, "I would like to go next week."
Dendum asks, "Ahh good....why is everyone so intent on traveling in the winter?"
Pheola asks, "Who were chosen as diplomats?"
Falvicar whispers, "Still no luck on finding a biography of Morfell to see if he had a lover."
Lilanna says, speaking to Dendum, "We're used to it."
You quietly whisper to Falvicar, "I totally agree with you there my darling we jsut have to keep our eyes open."
Perigourd says, speaking to Pheola, "Falvicar, Elliathe, and Aliashyrah."
Perigourd says, speaking to Pheola, "With Hazelnut as well."
Aliashyrah says, "My apologies for my tardiness. It was unavoidable."
Kheevi says, speaking to Dendum, "I had some really involved thoughts... but Lilanna gets to the heart of it."
Falvicar whispers, "I wonder if the Priestess would have such a book since the only things I"m finding is his infamous Griffin Sword betrayel."
Falvicar whispers, "That was an impressive amount of books they had in the manor."
Perigourd whispers, "Perhaps whatever they're doing in the dragonspine may require help, and that such help can be negotiated for in exchange for the rights of airspace returned."
Perigourd whispers, "Of course, you'd need to know what it is they want there first."
Dendum asks, speaking to you, ""So councils final goal is ending of airships in the sky?"
You quietly whisper to Perigourd, "You need to tell them not me Im not going with them."
Grutak says, speaking to Perigourd, "They won't be the only ones going."
Perigourd says, speaking to Grutak, "I would expect them to be accompanied by a company of protectors."
Falvicar whispers, "I really dont want HIM going."
You quietly whisper to Perigourd, "However I believe they are trying to open trade with the Dwarfs."
Randsford asks, speaking to Perigourd, "Would that not offend?"
You quietly whisper to Perigourd, "Just my thoughts on that."
Grutak says, speaking to Perigourd, "Some of my own people."
Kheevi says, speaking to Dendum, "I thought it would be discerning the purpose of the airships in the sky..."
You quietly whisper to Falvicar, "Im sorry honey."
Perigourd says, speaking to Randsford, "I think they'd expect delegates to come guarded as the journey is dangerous and bandits plague the road."
Sorlu says, speaking politely to Aliashyrah, "Glad to see you could make it."
You say, speaking quietly to Dendum, "That's what the group here is trying to discuss and decide."
Aliashyrah says, speaking to Randsford, "If done properly, it would not. It is only reasonable that an important diplomant convoy have certain protections sent with them."
Perigourd says, "Though they may wish arms stored inside the fortress."
Aliashyrah says, speaking wryly to Sorlu, "I had thought I would not be able to and I took being tardy beyond a fashionable point, but I am indeed here."
Grutak says, "Over my dead body."
Falvicar whispers, "On the other hand, maybe he'll find humility should he speak out of turn and gets taken to a cell for the night though he'd probably use try to fabricate that as an excuse for war."
You say, speaking quietly to Grutak, "We don't need to kill you we have cells."
Perigourd says, speaking to Grutak, "Arms would prevail you little once inside the fortress in any case."
Dendum inquires, speaking to Sorlu, "'The Sorlu has been most agrivated at airships...would some conditions make them more...acceptable?"
Elliathe says, "Let us be honest, some of us need no armaments, we, ourselves, *are* the weapon."
Sorlu says, speaking to Dendum, "I think a beautiful first step is simply to remove the treaty that gives them access to our lands, and our skies, on a whim."
Elliathe says, "I may carry a stick to parry with, but my power comes from my ability to split and render bone and flesh."
Sorlu says, speaking to Dendum, "If they wish to negotiate a proper and respectful fee for using our lands and airspace, then I am sure that could be discussed."
Hazelnut asks, speaking to Sorlu, "What if they refuse?"
You quietly ask, "May I suggest possibly asking the Ta'Vaalorians to perhaps fly their airships around Icemule and not over it?"
Aliashyrah asks, "My apologies if this has already been discussed before my arrival, but has a date, tentative or concrete been set for when we might depart on this mission?"
Dendum remarks, speaking to Sorlu, ""But say these delegates are confronted by king who is worried about his people in the elven village....they may be using these skies to spy on that region and out of caution for his people he can not give it up....what is counter offer?"
Sorlu says, speaking to Hazelnut, "Then we escalate."
Hazelnut says, speaking sharply to Sorlu, "Explain."
Sorlu says, "But let us hope it doesn't come to that."
Elliathe says, speaking to Aliashyrah, "Hazelnut is suggesting week next."
Aliashyrah says, speaking gratefully to Elliathe, "My thanks."
Sorlu says, speaking to Hazelnut, "We take whatever actions the Vaalorians force us to dirty our hands with."
Sorlu says, "But Icemule will be free."
Falvicar whispers, "I think, if anything, let them continue to have access to the skies and we get something in turn and also make it the contract that buzzing etc is not allowed or the contract gets voided."
Grutak says, "Agree sorlu."
Randsford says, speaking to Sorlu, "We cannot do that until we have a way to keep their ships away."
Dendum remarks, speaking to Sorlu, ""Icemule could trade air for some other thing...if other thing could be identified by this council."
Grutak says, speaking to Randsford, "That's in the works."
Bakarus asks, "Do the ships fly low enough for our giant friends to hit them with boulders or some such projectile?"
Sorlu says, speaking to Randsford, "Let us see what Vaalor has to say. And if they reject the ideals of respect that we put forth, then we will continue to explore the options we have for taking care of these warships above us."
Kheevi says, "It does sound like a delegation that can celebrate the solstice and the turning of the year is seemingly less hostile and affords opportunities for more amicable conversations."
Elliathe asserts, "Again I think we should temper our expectations. Focus on the most achievable thing first; the current flyovers and mess with Briarmoon. Let's achieve *that* before we open the kettle of fish on the old treaty."
Elliathe says, "Or we might come home with completely empty pockets."
Meliyara asks, speaking to Elliathe, "Are not they, essentially, intertwined?"
Hazelnut says, speaking to Sorlu, "I don't like where your mind is."
Sorlu says, speaking to Randsford, "I would explain more, but I suspect that Qalinor has spies everywhere. But trust me, we are not without a means to fight back."
Randsford says, speaking to Perigourd, "What do you think? Demand everything up front or settle for scraps? You seem to know their thoughts."
Sorlu asks, speaking to Hazelnut, "No?"
Elliathe says, "They are, but diplomacy is a process, not a one and done manuever, generally."
Perigourd says, speaking to Randsford, "Demand isn't how I'd put it."
Kheevi asks, "May i ask what makes them "war" ships if war is not what they have brought?"
Perigourd says, speaking to Randsford, "I'd ask to see what they would exchange for the return of the rights to the airspace."
Hazelnut says, speaking to Sorlu, "I think you're agitating to have a lot of 'Mulefolk killed."
Meliyara says, speaking to Elliathe, "There is a risk in asking for too little that one gives up everything."
Sorlu says, speaking to Hazelnut, "I simply fight for the freedom of our people in the only way I know how."
Dendum says, "Well then....if war it is....council should start talking of evacuation plans into glacier and forest..."
Hazelnut says, speaking to Sorlu, "We're not *not* free."
Perigourd says, speaking to Randsford, "It's hard to know how to act beyond that without knowing what they may wish in return, or how they intend to respond."
Dendum says, "Ta'vaalor can bomb city but perhaps can not hold it."
Sorlu says, "That is up for debate."
Perigourd says, speaking to Randsford, "It may be a simple matter of allowing them to save face."
Falvicar says, "Honestly, if Vaalor wants to go through our skies, they can and they will and there is nothing we can really do about it. If anything, have a contract for them to give us something in turn for access to our skies. We could even add a clause where they can't do something like the buzzing they did that so many people are "losing sleep over". Barter with them. They get what they want, we get something. War doesn't happen, everybody lives another day and sleeps."
Grutak asks, speaking to Hazelnut, "If we are not a free people, then who are we?"
Lilanna says, "Someho everyone forgets that in their eyes we've wrong them."
Perigourd says, speaking to Randsford, "If they have an interest in something with the Dragonspine that Icemule could assist with, perhaps they'd exchange help in return for a restoral."
You say, speaking quietly to Grutak, "He said we are free."
Hazelnut says, speaking to Grutak, "We are a free people."
Hazelnut says, "Ta'Vaalor isn't exerting any control over us."
Hazelnut says, "They're flying ships in the sky over our town."
Sorlu says, speaking to Grutak, "Hazelnut believes we are free, even though Vaalor rules our skies."
Hazelnut says, "Skies that, mind you, we can't use anyway."
Grutak says, "Ya just said "We are *not* a free people."
Hazelnut says, "No, I said that we're not *not* a free people."
Dendum says, "Sounds dangerously close to argument empire is using as it captures all the land around the landing..."
Grutak says, "Typical diplomat usin double speak."
Grutak says, "Speak plainly."
Bakarus says, speaking to Hazelnut, "At the very least there should be permission granted. Whether we use the skies currently or not, there is certainly an implied message there."
Kheevi says, speaking to Grutak, "Diplomacy is a dance of words and cultures."
Perigourd says, speaking to Bakarus, "More to the point, it's disturbing the peace of the townsfolk."
Lilanna says, speaking to Kheevi, "Some lack such here."
Perigourd says, "That much is clear."
You say, speaking quietly to Bakarus, "We do not own the skies."
Grutak asks, speaking to Kheevi, "Why are you here again?"
Dendum asks, speaking to Sorlu, ""What if they limited flights towards landing to flying over the southern forest and not town itself?"
Kheevi says, speaking to Grutak, "To speak plainly to you it seems."
Elliathe says, "What if all this activity is.... some manner of prepartion to move in. What if both ourselves and the Landing are ground zero for a clash between the two larger militaries?'."
You quietly say, "However, it wouldn't be too much to ask if they went around our town to keep the noise down."
Bakarus says, speaking to you, "I would disagree, we are a free people. Our land and skies are Icemules...much as the Elves would take issue with us doing the same in return."
Lilanna says, speaking to Grutak, "He's with me."
Sorlu says, speaking to Dendum, "I would much rather they land their ships so that we might do a proper audit of their contents, and then asses an appropiate tax to each ship that passes through."
Grutak says, "I think they should stay out of the North entirely."
Kheevi says, speaking gratefully to Lilanna, "Thank you for that."
You say, speaking quietly to Bakarus, "WE did not ask Hinterwilds permission to fly into their airspace."
Sorlu says, speaking to Dendum, "A certain tax for military transport, perhaps another for merchant wares...this sort of thing."
Dendum inquires, speaking mischievously to Sorlu, ""How far south do they have to fly to avoid bording party?"
Grutak says, "Solhaven is far enough south."
Perigourd says, speaking to Elliathe, "Considering that the Darkstone Barony has enough on its plate dealing with Gnul, I doubt they're looking to engasge the Vaalorians."
Bakarus says, speaking to you, "I would not compare Icemule to Hinterwild personally. And this is not a one off type of issue."
Lilanna asks, "But the treaty gives them open right toa our space aye?"
Dendum says, "Listen."
Elliathe says, speaking to Grutak, "The Empire might also take exception at Vaalor flying over one of their towns."
Dendum says, "They can not fly directly from Ta'vaalor to landing."
Dendum says, "The empire created the horror over old Talador."
Bakarus says, speaking to you, "It simply speaks to proper recognition of Icemule and respect between cities."
Grutak says, speaking to Elliathe, "That's the Empires problem, not ours."
Dendum says, "They must fly south or north of this area."
Dendum says, "South would be over the human empires lands."
Bakarus says, "If they cannot give that..."
Grutak says, speaking to Dendum, "No, Pinefar, the Crawling Shore and farther west are under our protection."
Lilanna says, "So.... let's see, we insult a king, we agree ta let them use our air space as way of apology..... then someone writes al etter that should nevr been writ.... however it got a Vaalor... it, again insults they're king."
Randsford says, speaking to Dendum, "How about they give us a ship or two of our own to help oversee whatever they are looking for."
You quietly say, "Respect would be us asking them to fly slightly around to not disturb our town, for the comfort of our citizens. They are not hurting us otherwise."
Grutak says, "Let them go south to Solhaven if they want to travel west."
Lilanna asks, "And yyer all offnded they he's mad?"
Geijon says, "Th' statue that created Talador was meant for Tamzyrr. Chaston was stopped before he could accomplish and set it off on his own people because he was a lunatic."
Sorlu says, speaking to Dendum, "So it seems that we have quite the advantage then. I assume Ta'Vaalor doesn't wish to up the stakes of this game, especially so soon after the repeal of Chaston's Edict. It would look quite bad for them to invade the west."
Dendum says, speaking to Grutak, ""The empire of humans would not....agree to that and they do have teeth enough to worry even old Ta'vaalor."
You quietly say, "But that's just a solution."
Dendum says, speaking to Sorlu, ""exactly...you have thing to trade."
You quietly say, "Not solution .. wrong word sorry.."
Elliathe wonders, "What would it take to get our own airships?"
You quietly say, "An option.."
Grutak says, speaking to Dendum, "I would think the Landing would like that idea."
Hazelnut says, speaking to Elliathe, "I think that's out of the question."
Sorlu says, "Ta'Vaalor can either fly through our airspace, for a fee...or they can fly through the human's Empire, and see how that goes for them."
Hazelnut says, "The elves are especially secretive about their airships."
Grutak says, "We don't need airships."
Grutak says, "We need pylons."
Dendum whispers aloud, ""Many...airships."
Randsford says, speaking to Sorlu, "Nothing to enforce the fee. We can ask but no reason for them to do it out of their kindness."
Kheevi says, speaking to Hazelnut, "The elves seem secretive about everything except their pride."
Hazelnut says, "Gnomes have managed to make ships fly. Well, and the Ravager."
Grutak says, "WE should be sending a delegation to Amos in the Landing."
Sorlu says, speaking to Randsford, "Nothing yet that is obvious, at least."
Elliathe says, speaking to Grutak, "I mentioned that yesterday and the reaction... was less than possitive."
Dendum corrects, speaking to Hazelnut, ""Burghals."
Lilanna asks, speaking to Grutak, "Why?"
Hazelnut says, "The humans have only ever had one airship that I know of, and it's currently downed in the Hinterwilds."
Falvicar asks, speaking to Hazelnut, "What would a fair price be for Vaalor to pay us to use our skies?"
Grutak says, speaking to Elliathe, "By whom? I have been in agreement with this."
Lilanna says, "Ye trade Vaalor fer the empire? they're na our friends either."
Dendum says, "Amos is not....um...Baron...he is merchant of weapons."
Hazelnut says, speaking to Falvicar, "It would probably be in the millions of silvers."
Geijon says, "Landing has asked for additional pylons as well, to no luck. The creation of them is a guarded issue and dangerous, although Pylasar explained it."
Grutak says, "All we'd need is one."
Grutak says, "Something to give us teeth against the airships."
Dendum says, "Anything is for sale in that place with enough silvers...Amos is talking about selling ship full of pylons."
Randsford says, "So it seems if our delegation is going next week. We present our gift, hope for the best otherwise come home and stew some more."
Dendum remarks, speaking to Sorlu, ""Would you trade airspace for defense agreement with elves?"
Sorlu asks, speaking to Dendum, "What would we need them to defend us against? The Empire?"
Falvicar whispers, "I do not like that since the "defense" can be used for attack."
Kheevi asks, speaking to Randsford, "I may have lost the purpose of the delegation. Can you please remind me?"
Sorlu says, speaking to Dendum, "I would be willing to hear out such an offer."
Dendum says, "Ahh good area of possible discussion."
Geijon says, "Whoever would win a war with the Empire and Elven Nations would probably come to Icemule to drink th' melting snows of a world on fire."
Falvicar whispers, "I don't trust Grutak more than I can throw him to use that defense against them the moment he has a chance to."
Randsford says, "Seems we are asking them to leave our airspace alone to start and begin negotiations again."
Lithyia leans over and whispers, "Is it simply my aching heart causing me to not hear things properly or are we simply going in circles here?"
Hazelnut says, "I think that is our request, yes."
Lilanna says, "An that's a mistake."
You quietly whisper to Falvicar, "But what choice do we have? we have to keep peace somehow."
Hazelnut asks, speaking to Lilanna, "What would you suggest?"
Randsford says, speaking to Lilanna, "Probably but we have to try for peace first."
Grutak says, speaking to Kheevi, "To get out and stay out."
Kheevi asks, speaking to Randsford, "Negotiations over the Icemule apology for wronging the King of Vaalor?"
You quietly whisper to Lithyia, "Absolute circles which is why Im talk speaking much."
Falvicar whispers, "With a warmonger itching for war, giving him a weapon for "defense" isn't the wisest of ideas my Darling."
Lilanna says, speaking to Hazelnut, "First order should be apologizin fer the letter that got inta his hands, should nefver have been writ."
Falvicar whispers, "That would guarantee war."
Grutak asks, speaking to Kheevi, "You a Vaalorian sympathizer?"
You quietly whisper to Lithyia, "I've spoken my two cents it's up to them to do with it as they will .."
Lilanna says, "Vaalor is offended by our asssumed action."
Lilanna says, "And is respondin, a bit childishly but it's still a repsoonsme to another perceived slight."
Kheevi says, speaking to Grutak, "Shhh. I am listening to Lilanna."
Randsford says, speaking to Kheevi, "No point rehashing that unless they bring it up. Focus on our current worries and see where that gets us."
Lithyia leans over and whispers, "Vaalor seemed completely...almost unaware of the issues here when I was there for a few days."
Sorlu says, "I will not apologize for a crime I was the victim of, or the words that still hold true in my heart to this day."
You quietly whisper to Lithyia, "They are."
Grutak says, speaking to Kheevi, "Don't care what you are trying to do sympathizer."
Lithyia leans over and whispers, "I even attended a party with many legionairres and not once did they bring this up...we drank...and played games."
You quietly whisper to Lithyia, "And the king is not wanting war."
Falvicar whispers, "Short of Grutak not having access to it, I don't agree with a pylon.. and just to humor it. one pylon does not stop a whole fleet of airships."
Lilanna says, speaking to Sorlu, "Never put anythin in writin ya nae want the world ta know."
You quietly whisper to Lithyia, "At least that's what he told me."
Lithyia leans over and whispers, "They even asked me to come back."
Sorlu says, speaking to Lilanna, "Indeed."
Lilanna says, "And i nae askin yer apology, but i feel tis is perceived slight on Mule side... Vaalor is not actin, they's REACTIN."
Falvicar whispers, "As many pylons as the Landing has, the invaders always have landed safely enough to pursue their attack."
Lilanna says, "They should still be our ally."
You quietly say, "I am not sure if you are aware but I Danced with the King of Vaalor at a party recently in Ta'Vaalor... He did not seem to want war.. just trade and peace."
Sorlu asks, speaking to Lilanna, "Have they ever truly been our ally?"
Lithyia says, "And to engage in his ridiculous dance."
Lilanna asks, "Whjere ye think tjhe Empire's gonna look to move once they swallow the landing?"
Elliathe asks, "Perhaps we should stress that it was the avatar of an Arkati that is trying to stir up trouble here?"
Lilanna says, "They nae challenge Vaalor until they have everythin this side of the Spine."
Elliathe asks, "With regards to the letter that leaked that gave offense in the first place?"
Hazelnut says, "Well, perhaps we'll be warmly met and this will all be a misunderstanding."
Perigourd says, speaking to Hazelnut, "One can hope."
Sorlu says, speaking to Lilanna, "The Nations is not known to come rescue small towns from the Empire."
Kheevi says, speaking to Grutak, "I am a sympathizer of the victims of war and rash actions for what that may mean to you."
You quietly say, "One can hope indeed."
Geijon says, "King Qalinor responds well to honesty, in th' times I've been around him."
Sorlu says, speaking to Hazelnut, "I imagine things will go quite smoothly."
Elliathe says, speaking to Geijon, "'."
Randsford says, speaking to Sorlu, "Don't plan on being rescued."
Elliathe says, speaking gratefully to Geijon, "That is helpful information, thank ye."
Grutak says, speaking to Kheevi, "So you admit you sympathize with Vaalor then? Their the ones acting aggressively."
Lilanna says, speaking to Sorlu, "Ye may be surpsied, if they layed any name us, as ally or otherwise. they'd nae want the empire ta take it from em."
Dendum says, "Qalinor will remember the aid the Paradis gave in Despana war....all they ever talk about is Despana war."
Geijon says, speaking to Elliathe, "You've made sounds points tonight."
Elliathe says, speaking to Geijon, "Thank ye."
Sorlu says, speaking to Geijon, "Unfortunately, King Qalinor can't bother to respond to our Mayor. So that's surely not a good sign of his nature."
Elliathe says, speaking to Geijon, "Thank ye."
Dendum says, "Someone should tell them.......to remember the Shadowguard."
You ask, speaking quietly to Grutak, "I am a sympathizer of Vaalor too Want to go for a walk with me?"
Perigourd says, speaking to Sorlu, "That's an assumption."
Randsford says, "Don't like the sound of ally much either. Means we are ok with the rules of kings which I certainly am not."
Perigourd says, speaking to Sorlu, "If your letters can be stolen, so can his."
Kheevi says, speaking to Grutak, "Well ifn that is your stance. then i sympathize with you good sir. Although I have not seen them act of war."
Sorlu says, speaking to Perigourd, "Fair enough."
Grutak asks, speaking to you, "So, you... a council member... sides with Vaalor over the people of Icemule?"
You quietly say, "Shall we good sir."
Grutak says, speaking to you, "Answer my question. Publically."
Perigourd says, speaking to Grutak, "Perhaps she was serving Icemule by laying the groundwork for peaceful negotiations."
Grutak says, speaking to Perigourd, "That's not what she said."
Grutak says, "Or at least that's not the way she phrased it."
You quietly say, "I believe the King is not the source of our issues here in this moment. I believe Vaalor in not our enemy. However if that changes I will always fight for Icemule."
Perigourd says, "That's how I saw it when I was there."
Elliathe asks, speaking to Grutak, "Might I inquire just how this particular strain of debate at *all* aids the four of us delegates in preparing for our mission?"
Grutak says, "She sympathizes with Vaalor. WHich means to agree with them."
Grutak says, "And that's a troublesome thought for a councilor, a leader, of Icemule."
Randsford says, "There are no enemies here. Not that live here."
You quietly say, "But that has nothing to do with these deligates and their choices right now with trying to keep our two cities at peace. So either please ..Stop trying to cause fights in this room.. Or leave."
Randsford says, speaking to Elliathe, "As you said lets make this productive."
Grutak says, speaking to you, "Paint a picture it'll last longer."
Sorlu asks, "So...when we meet with the King, assuming he does bother to show for the meeting himself, do we understand then what the goal is?"
Elliathe quietly comments, "Our Commander is a Warrior without a War at the moment, no wonder that he tries to start one, even if it is only one amongst ourselves."
Geijon says, speaking to Hazelnut, "If you are hungry..."
Randsford asks, speaking to Hazelnut, "Anything else you think we need for the preparations? Next week we meet here and head out?"
Hazelnut says, "It seems we cannot all get into the same room lately without shouting."
You quietly say, "I have not shouted once.."
Elliathe says, "I tire of it, frankly."
You quietly say, "I wish all you deligates a safe trip."
Falvicar whispers, "I told Hazelnut he can come when it's time to decide what decorations to put on the sword."
Randsford says, speaking to Elliathe, "We all feel helpless so lashing at any and all it would seem."
Hazelnut says, "We will meet here next week, yes."
You belt out, "Rammael You are are the cause of all of this I just now it!"
You quietly say, "Well at least you are great as a fighting dummy."
You quietly say, "I'll have to come punch on you again."
