Automated certificates for this service have been sold in Duskruin's The Annex shop. It provides a boost to an existing defensive bonus item.

You analyze the defensive boost charter and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.

The creator has also provided the following information:

 Your charter is used to unlock the potential of things held in your other hand or on your person.

 A defensive boost charter grants +1 to an existing Defensive Bonus (DB) item (max +50).

 DETAILS:
   > Zelnorn and urglaes items will maintain a 1:1 AS/DS ratio with a combined max of +50.
   > Urglaes armor accessories will maintain a 1:2 AS/DS ratio with a combined max of +50.

 You need only RAISE your charter while holding a compatible item in your other hand or on your person.

 Your charter may not be altered or changed in any way.
