Dark glaes windows, their surfaces carved into a dimensional diamond relief, shield the room from the much of the external light, as well as curiosity from passersby. Empty cobwebs drape across faded black fel walls, their lengths nearly concealing several deep recesses framed in mildewed plaster. Centered upon an ornate rug covered in layers of soot and dust, is an ebon sarcophagus surrounded by large white pillar candles lofted on wrought iron stands. You also see a splintered oak door.

Flightless Dragonfly

A canopy of moss, skillfully arranged to drape from the top of a red mulberry tree, creates shelter from the sun's harsh rays. Scattered leaves in autumnal hues cover the ground, with giant white puffballs peeking through. Surrounding the tree in concentric circles are several stumps of once great evergreens, the remnants cut down to provide ample seating. A moss-draped door offers entrance to a medium-sized home at the edge of the clearing.
