[Winning Shriek, Rest - 8084225]
Intricate dark-hued stains embellish the inner walls of this hallowed alcove, where ample space encircles the central burial vault, allowing unhibited movement. Smooth, white ceramic tiles, worn by countless visitors, enclose the deceased, radiating outward along the cardinal points, while the interstices between them are embraced by the native ground's natural covering. You also see an enormous bone white scoreboard.

~~~ OFFICIAL RULES FOR DEAD HAND, A NAIDEM CARD GAME ~~~
Except for the actual "Dead Hand", suits have no bearing on final scores.  The following is the scoring method used for "Dead Hand" in hierarchical order:
FINAL HAND EVALUATION
 - Dead Hand: All SKULL suits.  Base score = 900
 - 5 of a Kind: 5 of the same face card.  Base score = 800
 - 4 of a Kind: 4 of the same face card.  Base score = 700
 - Full House: 3 same face cards and 2 same of another face card.  Base score = 600
 - Flush: 5 of the same card suits (other than SKULL).  Base score = 500
 - Straight: A 5-card hand that includes five sequential cards, any suits.  Base score = 400
 - 3 of a Kind: 3 of the same face card.  Base score = 300
 - Two Pair: 2 different pairs of same face cards.  Base score = 200
 - Single Pair: 1 pair of the same face cards.  Base score = 100
 - High Card: No matching hand combinations.  Base score = 0
In all cases, the face value of all 5 cards is added to the base score for the final hand score.
-----
1. Each participant can receive one (1) case.  These are not replaceable.  Do not lose it.
2. Dead Hand is a year-specific game.  Cases from non-current years are ineligible for evaluation.
2. Once your case has been evaluated, it will disappear.  Read the scoreboard for scoring information.
3. Aces are always high.
4. There are no "royal" hands in the scoring of this game.
an enormous bone white scoreboard
That's unfortunate!  Your name isn't on the scoreboard.  Make sure you have a case, and go find the card decks scattered throughout Naidem.  Once you've found five (5) cards, PUSH your CASE to evaluate your final hand and register your score.  Good luck!
On the burial vault you see: a silver hand-etched card case, an important note, and a silver hand-etched card case.
an important note
In the Common language, it reads:
The hand-etched card case is for participation in "Dead Hand," a Naidem card game.  You will need to find card decks scattered throughout Naidem to build a hand of 5 cards to be recorded in your card case.  You can get one from the burial vault.  DO NOT LOSE IT!  You only get one, and it cannot be replaced.  The case is character-bound.
