Elsemore, a grumpy halfling wizard, is a wandering NPC in Icemule Trace.
Description
Hollow cheeks and dark-rimmed eyes give Elsemore a grumpy aspect that is uncharacteristic for a halfling. He holds a tarnished golden wand in one hand and an appropriately sized longsword in the other. His leather breastplate is scorched and badly worn about the edges.

"Tarts!?" A grumpy halfling wizard's sudden exclamation is apropos of nothing. "That's about the worst food there is. I'd rather drink bathwater than eat a tart!"

Elsemore purses his lips distastefully and spits to the side. "Don't be gauche," he snarls. "Real wizards don't use runestaves! Show me a wizard who doesn't know how to use a weapon and I'll show you a person who'll bore you at dinner."
Cardon:
Elsemore rolls his eyes. With an imperious cant to his head, he says, "If you haven't heard of me, you obviously haven't been around these parts for long enough to be worth my time."
Ellerel:
Elsemore mutters, "Blood and bloody tart crumbs. Don't get me started on that one. I don't care how many folks he has fooled; I'll never trust a warlock! And one who used to be a lich, at that! I worked for my phenomenal magical powers!"
Warlock:
Elsemore's eyes dart around cautiously as he answers, "Warlocks consort with all sorts of spirits. Honest folks stick to elemental magic, if you ask me."
