Embellish instruments are specially scripted musical instruments that summon visible, custom musical notes. They have been sold at numerous Ebon Gate festivals.

Analyze

You analyze the black lacquer harp and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
This instrument may be altered freely according to instrument alteration rules.

The musical notes may be altered by a merchant of sufficient skill.
Custom musical notes must take the form of a group of inanimate objects, i.e., things that cannot move by themselves. They cannot be moving things or parts of moving things: green clovers are acceptable, but butterflies and butterfly wings are not. The musical notes can only have custom base description, no longs or shows - please refer to ALTER 2 for the proper structure of base descriptions.

You get no sense of whether or not the harp may be further lightened.
