Empathic Dispel (1140)

Empathic Dispel allowed the caster to attempt to sever the target's connection to the spiritual realm, causing spiritually based spells to fall. Upon a successful cast, at least two spells, and possibly more, might have been dispelled.

This spell was decommissioned on 07/11/2008 with the release of Spiritual Abolition (230). The 1140 spell slot is being saved for future development. All creatures that previously cast 1140 now cast 230.
