Energy Weapon

Energy Weapons are scripted weapons themed similarly to their counterpart, the Energy Shield. They require affinity to be used to the greatest benefit. They were first introduced at Duskruin's in February 2019 run in the Stay Awhile and Glisten shop. They were created by GM Retser. These were originally limited to runestaves and lances, similar to Shock Weapons, but opened to other weapon bases in August 2020.

Energy Flares: Turn them on to let your weapon flare.
Surged Flares: These drain mana and stored energy to increase flare strength. You cannot
store mana during surged flares.
Drained Flares: These reduce the strength of your flare to bond and store energy.

Additional InformationAffinityEvery time the weapon handles its script flare the bond increases. The strength of the flares increase with the affinity of the weapon, and maximum affinity is limited by unlock tier.
