Analyze

You take a closer look at an enhancive removal certificate.
You analyze the removal certificate and sense that the creator has provided the following information:

An enhancive removal certificate is a service certificate from Duskruin Arena's HESS that grants the bearer a specific service to be applied to an eligible item. Some services have limitations and requirements, and these details are typically outlined in the READ on the certificate.

USAGE:
GAZE: Review details stored from a previous WHISPER. If you need to adjust/change these details, you can repeat the WHISPER command to overwrite the existing information. You can also CLEAR a previous message with WHISPER <ITEM> CLEAR.
READ: See details about this certificate's service along with its expiration date.
REDEEM: Schedule your service! You must REDEEM the certificate in order to get the service completed. Some services require that you hold the service's destination item in your left hand.
WHISPER: Store information (such as availability, special requests, flare types, resistance types, etc.) onto the certificate to assist the attending GM in completing your service.
   * Example: WHISPER <CERTIFICATE> I would like to add +5 heat resistance to my armor. I am available every day from 3PM and 9PM EST except when I'm not...

You get no sense of whether or not the certificate may be further lightened.

Read

You take a closer look at an enhancive removal certificate.
An enhancive removal certificate will grant the ability to remove a single (non-negative) enhancive trait from an item. Some items could be ineligible due to existing scripts or properties. WHISPER details to the certificate about the specifics for your service and your availability. GAZE at the certificate to review your request.

When you are ready, REDEEM the certificate while holding the item to be worked on (if applicable), which will cause the certificate to crumble. All certificates MUST be redeemed within one week after the close of Duskruin Arena, or the certificate will be considered forfeit, and it will be destroyed. No exceptions!
