Jalinara Chesylrae

Jalinara Chesylrae Illistim was an archer who played a role in the Aelotoi arrival. Known as the "Bane of the Kiramon" and "Savior of the Aelotoi", Jalinara was honored with a statue, which was located at the corner of Glimaer Wey and Fraendel Court in Ta'Illistim. She was a member of the prominent Chesylrae family.

The wey curves around a tall statue, which stands upon a raised granite platform. Cast from bronze and standing nearly half as high as the city walls, the statue is of an elven archer and her veercat companion, her arrow nocked and pointed towards an unseen quarry. Behind her is a small ivory-hued establishment. You also see an enameled silver signpost.

The statue stands poised to shoot, an imflass-tipped arrow nocked on her bowstring and her arm drawn back ready to release.  Intricate patinas on the surface of the bronze produce a varied set of tones, from golden to green, marking each piece of her equipment in colorful outline.  The snarling veercat at the woman's feet holds one paw in the air, ready to swipe.

The silvery blue granite platform is flecked with mica and set with a silver plaque.
