Jeepers Creepers Feather Storage

Part of the Jeepers Creepers Series that was released at Ebon Gate in the shop Piper's Peepers, the Feather Holder allows you to stack and store up to 45 types of feathers that you find with your Jeepers Creepers Spyglass. Feathers will stack, but must be identical. Analyze You analyze the feather boa and sense that the creator has provided the following information: The Feather Holder - Part of the Jeepers Creepers Series Introduced at the Ebon Gate Festival in 5124, the boa is designed to hold 45 types of feathers. They are allowed to stack. It must remain some kind of shoulder-slung item that has clips on it. It has the following actions: look (see the stored items), pluck (remove a stored item), put (add an item), and whisper (move the items to make them easier to pluck) You may also customize the clips, which will appear in some of the messaging. The clips are fashioned of pine and copper and can easily display a variety of feathers, though they are empty at the moment.
