Jenkin is a scrivener with an office on Parsnips Street in Wehnimer's Landing. He also served as an interim town councilman.

You see Councilman Jenkin.
He appears to be a Giantman.
He is shorter than average and appears to be middle-aged.  He has deep-set grey eyes and ruddy skin.  He has long, lank chestnut brown hair worn in a ponytail.  He has a square face, a prominent nose and bushy sideburns.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a silver quill and scroll amulet, a black canvas apron, an ink-stained grey muslin shirt with rolled up sleeves, a dented rolaren wedding band etched with intricate knotwork, some black cotten breeches frayed at the cuffs, and a pair of dark grey suede boots.
