Subject: Announcement from Tamzyrr
It is with our great pleasure that we announce a generous offer from the Argent Mirror of House Illistim. For several months we have been in discussion on means of deepening the friendship between our people. The Argent Mirror had the fine suggestion of a cultural exchange, so that both of our people can learn of and about one another, and asked for a suitable candidate to serve as Handmaiden to her Court. We felt this was a wonderful opportunity for both the Empire and House Illistim.
After considerable contemplation we felt there was one individual that was the clear choice for this role: Lady Kasendra Malwind. The Lady Malwind has long served the Empire and done incredible work in helping those in need, both in her home of Aldora, in Estoria several years ago, and most recently in her work in the northern Baronies. We know that our cousin will exemplify the very best of the Turamzzyrian Empire in her time as Handmaiden. We know she is still celebrating her recent marriage to Lord Salnim Malwind of Vornaivs, and wish the happy couple the very best in the weeks ahead when they travel to Ta'Illistim.
We remain in close discussion with the Argent Mirror concerning the other half of this exchange. And look forward to both finding the ideal member of House Illistim to journey to Tamzyrr, to better learn of the Empire, while we learn of House Illistim in turn.
As the light of the new day breaks upon the land, let all rejoice in the news that comes with it. For people on both sides of the Dragonspine take another step forward together to a better tomorrow.
