Subject: 2016 Pickle Festival!
Hear ye, hear ye.
This year's annual pickle festival will be on August 12th - 14th.
The recipe contest will be on Saturday, August 13th at 2 PM EST.
The poetry contest will be on Sunday, August 14th at 1 PM EST.
The focus for both this year will be sweet pickles! No dill or no deal.
If you'd like to participate in the recipe contest at the festival, I need your recipes in advance. They must be submitted to me no later than August 10th.
Rules are the same as last year: less than ten ingredients (a list of which you will have to provide), a name for your dish, at least one ingredient must be sweet pickled something (sweet pickles, sweet pickled beets, sweet pickle ALL THE THINGS), and two taste messages for the dish. Email your recipes to me at my play.net address (gs4-xayle@play.net).
