Skeleton bracelet

A skeleton bracelet is an older item that can be swapped back and forth between wand and bracelet forms. In bracelet form, it always takes on the form of a skeleton of some type of small creature. It can only function as a wand when in that form. It has been available at a variety of festivals throughout the years, including at Windfellow's Retreat during the Premium Festival.
