Holy Water Flare Reduction Based on CER Level

- Holy Flares are reduced in potency over 10 CER. I just checked. Discord Link
- It's not a flat removal but a reduction of the damage until I assume they hit 0. Discord Link
- I don't know when that threshold is. It could be 10 CER itself. Discord Link
My Thoughts: Per player research holy water flares appear to end completely at CER 10 (1/30). WINTERDAWN (talk) 21:55, 2 July 2021 (CDT)
