Contradictory Statements

In the article, on the one hand, it is stated that 402 helps with any task that involves Perception, such as searching. The next paragraph states that 402 does not help with searching. Can someone clarify? S 21:36, 13 December 2009 (EST)

"This spell is helpful for any task that utilizes the Perception skill, such as searching...this spell does increase the caster's ability to search." I don't see where it's contradictory? Becca 21:52, 13 December 2009 (EST)
