Category assignment

There is Category:Newsletters but those are all old publications. Lich isn't required for TownCrier so it doesn't necessarily fall in the same category. I think the wiki could benefit from a current events category that covers storylines, festivals, CHE/MHOs (with some name other than "current events" because that will look bad when it's not being regularly updated).
